Calvin Hill
Founder & President
While serving in the Navy, he saw first-hand how military members were being appreciated. It was on bases, behind guarded gates, or out at sea, or some remote location still far from public view. It was then Calvin started to dream about celebrating and appreciating our troops in front of the American public.
Marchetta Hill
SVP of Finance & Compliance
She genuinely loves to see others succeed. Has a passion for empowering others and educating them on the importance of financial literacy. She will help contestants, stakeholders and others reach their full potential while sharing messages of hope and inspiration along the way to success.
Caliah Jinaye Knapp
VP of Operations & Communications
As a Public Speaker, Consultant, and Coach, Caliah Jinaye strongly believes in the great saying of John Quincy Adams. "If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader." Her leadership and organization is essential to 3MO.
Jean Pioso
Fashion Designer & Pageant Coach
Her years of experience as CEO and Founder of JEAN AMOUR and Founder of Mahal Kita Global Foundation will help this pageant transform the industry. She is also an accomplished Artist, Fashion Designer, Military Ombudsman and Medical Social Worker.

We are very greatful to have these successful military veterans on our team. When important decisions regarding our Mr. & Ms. Military Pageant need to be made they are here to advise and provide the necessary guidance.
Jason White
Mr. White is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. While attending the College of Central Florida he helped reactivate the school’s Veterans Club. He has helped build programs such as the Birdwell Kids program which allows the children of fellow veterans and first responders to heal through art.
Carrie Murray Beavers
Miss Carrie Beavers is a U.S. Army veteran and now CEO and Founder of Soldier Girl Coffee Company LLC. She loves to network and support veteran businesses. She has partnered with mulitple veteran non profits and veteran programs to help vets with PTSD and to prevent veteran suicide.
Jovon Quarles
Mr Quarles is a decorated and now retired U.S. Navy Seal. After his Navy career Mr. Quarles turned to acting where he is doing very well. He is making his way in Hollywood and can currently be seen on Fox in the reality series, Special Forces World's Toughest Test.
